📍 Delivery Areas:

We currently deliver across BANGLADESH via our trusted delivery partners.

🚚 Delivery Time:

  • Dhaka: 1 – 3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2 – 5 working days

  • Delivery may vary slightly during holidays or unavoidable situations

💸 Shipping Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: BDT 70

  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 140

💳 Payment Methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • bKash / Nagad
    Payment instructions will be shown during checkout and confirmed after your order.

📦 Order Tracking:

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation via SMS or email.
We’ll notify you once the parcel is out for delivery.

❌ Failed Delivery / Returns:

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, we may contact you to reschedule.

  • If prepaid, refunds are processed upon return confirmation, minus delivery charges.
